Please read the rental terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking.

Important Notice

These rental conditions form an essential part of your booking. By renting a vehicle, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules, requirements, and responsibilities described below.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Basic rental rules

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pick-up.
Unlimited mileage is included unless otherwise stated in the booking details.
Additional services such as full coverage, child seat, or extra driver may affect the total rental price.

Deposit and payment

Condition	Requirement
Deposit	The supplier will hold a deposit of € 150.00 (about US$ 175.00) on your card when you pick up the car. If no charges are incurred after the rental, it will be released.
Payment card	You’ll need a credit card in the main driver’s full name at pick-up for payment and any required deposit.
Accepted cards	MasterCard Credit, Visa Credit, Cash
Not accepted	Debit cards, Cards not in main driver's name or without numbers, Virtual cards on your phone (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.), Cards issued by online-only banks

All payment and deposit requirements must be met at pick-up in order to receive the vehicle.

Protection notes

You'll have to pay at most the deductible if the car's bodywork is damaged (other parts of the car aren't covered).
You'll have to pay at most the deductible if the car is stolen.
You'll be able to get help for any mechanical problem you come across on the road with extra payment.
Mandatory coverage for injuries and damage you may cause to others while driving the car.
